Exercise songs to use!!!Not too big a difference but it sure does help...
I heard from many musicians and singers that music is their form of communciation with our hearts.I was confused at the start but after the last two days I realised what do they mean by that.And it was though exercising when I realised it.
We all know the primary reasons for joggers to listen to their respective music devices when they jog right?No not because they want some music to accompany them though the tiring and rather boring jogging exercise.Hell they will be too tired to even listen the songs with their hearts!!!Unless you are a Kenyan...well that's a different story.The reason is to cover up the sound of their breathing.Hearing yourself grasping for air is going to affect your performances.But if you can concentrate on the jog thoughout the entire stretch then you don't need any music.
I encountered worse problems.The songs by Aya-kun is not suitable during jogging.It's well...too cheerful.Totally shut me down.No mood to jog.So I decided to try three songs with some relations to exercise.One was "The Final Countdown" by Europe(from which movie...I don't know).The second one was the infamous "Eye Of The Tiger" by Survivor(from the Rocky series).The last one is silly but well it still worked its magic on me.It's "YMCA" by Village People.Tried these three music during my jogging routine.Performance was definitely better than the last time.This is good!!!Better find some other songs like this...
Still had not touched the box of Natto.Don't know whether its not enough time to eat or fear of eating it.Should be the latter.Natto seems to have healing properties but it also emits a very strong smell due to the bacteria inside it.The is how Natto looks in its natural form.Just don't puke when you think of people eating it ok?
The last few days the people viewing jodrama had got bonkers in Aya's unofficial(obviously)forum.They start talking and talking until they talk about another star whose fame is raising in Japan now thanks to her role in Ichi Ritoru No Namida.Who is she?Heard before of Erika Sawajiri?She's just one year younger than Aya...so she's 20 this year.I think a pic will clarify everything...apparently it's her bright eyes and teeth that's mesmerising lots of ppl...I think I better say that she's a gravure model first.That term means a bikini model well known for their large bosoms.But don't confuse them with nude models!!!They are way "cleaner' than those sluts.If you want a Jap nude model...there's one with the name of Aoi Sora.She's barely reached 20 and hell she's had a history of adult movies and nude shots under her name already!But's she a slut.All nude models are shameless.But you be as sexy and confident as Monica Belluci..then go ahead.That's beauty.
