Verticial dash more tiring than horizontial...

The rain(雨) stopped yesterday at around 5.30(五時半)...so I decided to go for a light exercise.Instead of jogging on the wet ground...I decided to jog 40 stories up...at one flat in Forfar Heights overlooking mine.Made the decision to time myself.First 20 floors very fast.From there onwards...I tire out.Only can walk up quickly and on a consistent pace.I finished in 6 mins and 19 seconds.Damn tired!!!Rest for about three mins(三分) then walked down another 40 stories.Not as tiring but my legs felt like rubber bands at the end of it.It kept shivering if I don't support it with my body weight.Then bunny-hopped 7 stories up.Then F-U-C-K!!!!Very very pain my thighs!!!But it's rewarding.At least this week thigh training is complete.Got to do chest tml...dumbbell bench press.I hate that one.Always scare that the dumbbells will fall to one side and tear my arms off my torso.

Watched some wrestling clips after coming back from soccer.Watched on nWo(New World Order).Very strong trio.Razor Ramon(Scott Hall),Diesel(Kevin Nash) and Hollywood Hulk Hogan.

Just dl around 35 short video clips of one of Aya's older shows called Girlsagogo or something like that.Should be transferring all of them to my Mp3 soon.Barbie.If I had known that I was going to transfer videos I should have bought a 2GB or 4GB one.

AGGGHHHH!!!!!Hostel 2 is still sooooo long away!!!Can't wait to watch it.The trailer sounds cool.That person there said something very nice.It goes something like this.
