Half the day over...didn't study anything...got to entertain my cousin so study got to start early and end later to compensate...

And I found Arnold's training regime.Pretty scary his load...here it is...

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Abdominals:Begin workout with 5 mins of Roman-chair situps.

Chest and Back:
Bench Press - 1x15 warmup,then 5 x 10/8/8/6/4
Wide-grip chins(to back) - 5x10
Dumbbell incline presses - 5 x 10/8/8/6/4
Close-grip chins - 5x10
Dumbell flyes - 5 x 10/8/8/6/4
Parallel flyes - 5 x 15/10/8/8/8
T-Bar rows - 5 x 15/10/8/8/8
Bent-over rows - 5 x 10
Seated cable rows - 5 x 10
Dumbell pullovers - 5 x 15

Thighs:
Squats - 6 x 15/10/8/8/6/4
Front squats - 4 x 10/8/8/6
Hack squats - 1 x 15 warmup, then 5 x 10/8/8/8/8
Lying leg curls - 1 x 15 warmup, then 5 x 10/8/8/8/8
Standing leg curls - 5 x 10
Stiff-leg deadlifts - 5 x 10

Calves:
Donkey calf raises - 5 x 10
Standing calf calves - 5 x 10
Seated calf calves - 5 x 10

Abdominals:
Hanging leg raises(bent knees) - 150 reps
Crunches - 150 reps
Bent-over twists - 100 reps each side

That's basic training for Arnold...and I don't know half of the exercise terms here...got to read up on it more...

And yes...I didn't do my Japanese yet...later by hook or by crook must finish...if no time tml last min then post...haha
