Just spent like 30 mins doing 8 sets of Declined Bench Press and another 30 mins for Inclined Bench Press.It's wayyyy overkill since my form becomes crappy after the 4th set.But I just can't stop!!!One week ago I'm stuck in the hospital with little or no exercise available and fast forward a week ... I'm back working out!Makes me feel like a human all over again.
