For some reason or another a quick 3o mins of exercising actually cured me from a slight headache that I've been experiencing for the last 5 hrs.I dunno if the headache's down to the fact that I didn't workout for the last 2 days(which to my body is something out of the ordinary since I exercise 6 days a week) so this resumption of exercising,sweating is all that's needed to stop it.Or exercising itself actually can help with headaches.That reminds me of those old sayings from our parents "We must exercise so that our brain can have access to fresh oxygen.".No idea how accurate that is but heck.Does seem to work.

Yet another reason why I'm so glad bodybuilding came into my life.Despite my social life dropping to an all-time low.
