Good Progress Award?!?For me?There's must be a mistake somewhere...

I received something strange yesterday.At around 3.30 in the afternoon...I was using the com like any typical day.Then My mum came back and the first thing she said was"You got an extra $150 now.You can collect it on 28th December."I then was so engrossed with transferring emulator games from the PC to the laptop that I shouted back(yeah really shout...) "Bull****!"The only time I get so much money is during Chinese New Year!"Then she asked me to come out and look at something.I in a half-annoyed mood went out of the room and read the letter.It is stated as below...

CDC & CCC GOOD PROGRESS AWARD

I congratulate you for making good progress in your studies.

You will receive a Good Progress Award jointly sponsored by the EDUSAVE ENDOWMENT FUND, CENTRAL SINGAPORE CDC and QUEENSTOWN CITIZENS' COSULTATIVE COMMITTEE.An award voucher of $150.00 will be presented to you by your school in January 2007.If you prefer to have the voucher earlier, you may collect it from your school during office hours after 28 December 2006.

That's the letter.Happy as I was...I was still pondering how did I get this award.I cannot see a vast difference of my results between Sec 3 and Sec 4.Nonetheless...I am no doubt glad that I received this.Now I got to go back and study Japanese.Lessons for beginners going to end and i still have lots of careless mistakes here and there...
