3rd run of the week around Alexandra Road...besides doing some cardio exercise...I didn't really get anythin out of it...next time jog to PM Lee's house...not very far from my area...around Tanglin Mall only...2 km to reach there at most?And I found that at least for me...listening to hard metal is good for jogging...DragonForce's songs kind of give me temporary strength...good good...download more of DragonForce...
