Weird weird training routine for me...

Ok now.First thing first...I managed to finish that whatever course I set for myself.It's damn far!!!I ran like 20 mins non-stop.So the entire thing got at least 3.6 km.Not bad.I think I can follow my dad for the Standard Chartered Run the next time...he run 21km I not as power as him.10km enough already.Must have ambition to succeed in life.Well this whatever "I-bet-my-whatever-if-I-fail" technique is goood!!!If that thing is achievable and all you are lacking is willpower to push yourself forward then do this.Bet your most valuable thing on the line.I assure you that if you treasure or want that item badly then you will not fail.

Now with all this motivation stuff aside,time to get to iron business.Ok bad thing.Or good thing.Or both.My BMI is 19.5...which the underweight is 18.6.If I am underweight then I need not train anymore.So proteins aside...I need carbs and fats for calories to at least maintain my weight.Any extra calories will be changed into body mass.So guess what I got to eat?Fried food!!!They are very very high in calories.OMG!!!!!!!NOOOO WAYYYYYY!!!!That's akin to breaking my earlier vow...which I put the same precious thing of mine on the line.SHI*!Got to compromise...eat many many bowls of rice...they are the highest in calories among the healthy food.But they only provide 200 calories.I need 2250.So I eat 12 bowls or rice in a day!?!?!
