Tiring night...did biceps training...start with hammer curl...then dumbell uproll...then shoulder press...then tricep pull...and finished off with dumbell press.Each one did 4 sets.Reps are 12,10,10,8 for all of them.

Then come the shitty part.30-60 running!!!Knn...don't know how anyone can like this exercise...so fuc*ing tiring...run jog run jog run jog...I think even Asafa Powell wouldn't enjoy doing this for long!!!The first two quick run parts...ok...then from then on it's F-U-C-K!!!WOW!!!I do this every for three times a week my 2.4km better improve siah!!!

No mood to do much programming work...go and look at Year 2's module...then do Japanese...Maya?Next time lah...
