After not releasing a music CD for almost 2 whole years ... Ueto Aya-chan decided to release an album on 8th July!

Just one month after the release of her upcoming single "Smile for" that will be released on 3th June.Anyone spending some considerable time listening to J-Pop knows that it's customary of one studio album per year(not counting all those collaboration works or all-time best songs thingy).And it's "healthy" to have 3~4 single releases in between them so that you can minimize or even totally eliminate any songs that's present in your previous album.Aya-chan ... well she definitely did follow this flow but here's the unique part.
- Her last single release was "涙の虹(Namida No Niji)",which was released on May 2007.
- Before that was "Way To Heaven",released on March 2007.
- Her last album was released back in late 2006.
4,500 yen($69) for an album CD + DVD + Photobook.
Hey that's par with back when I bought this version of her single "Way To Heaven".I think it's even more expensive back then ...

We all know about Arnold Schwarzenegger the champion bodybuilder,the Terminator and now the "Governator".Now I'll share what Arnold shared with everyone in his Encyclopedia.How he changed his calves from toothpicks to small melons.
- Staggered Sets:Arnold will train calves even when the current day's schedule doesn't includes legs.For example he'll go to the gym,do a few sets of calves,then go do Bench Presses,then a few more sets of calves,then Incline Dumbbell Presses,back to calves for a few sets and so on.So even for chest day Arnold hits the one area he wanted to improve drastically.
- Stripping Method:Arnold credits his awesome calves transformation heavily on Donkey Raises.Basically you get a couple of people to sit on your back while you try to push them up with your calves.As your calves fatigue one of them "strip" off your back,and you go back to Donkey Raises again,this time with one less person.So basically you "strip,strip,strip" till everyone's off your back.Extremely tedious technique of training.But also an efficient one.
- After hearing from fellow bodybuilders that his calves are lacking behind,Arnold cut his shorts just above the knee.This way he can't hide his calves.It gives him extra motivation to train his calves,hammering it to grow as quickly as possible.
