The MIRROR!!!What's a mirror in the 1st place?Just a simple object to show whatever is placed in front of them?
The mirror can be useful when u're doing resistance training.What are the benefits I say?
1.The mirror doesn't lie.Meaning you get to see every part of your body and pin-point which part needs extra training to make them fit into the desired "X-frame".
2.Since the mirror doesn't lie,that means if u're doing a rep wrongly it'll show.If u bend forward too much when squatting it'll tell u that.If u're pushing up the dumb-bells instead of following the curve movement when doing dumbbell flys it'll show.
The mirror can be one of your great "friends".Just make sure it doesn't become your ONLY friend.
