Barbie tml must rest already...today run feel unusually tired...then when do bunny hop my left thigh super pain!!!But still manage to finish my reps...this kind of thing with some motivation here and there can push yourself over the limit one...

Today a bit lax...thigh training...not so tough but nonetheless still quite tiring.Esp the squats.Squat 3 x 12 with a total of 20 kg...that one the most tiring...haha wonder if ppl in netball got gym training a not?Even sissy librarians like me got intensive training to do...

study more Japanese tonight...Maya is not so fun.But Javascript is around the same. It's like html and simplified C++ Programming together...quite simple to understand.....Japanese got jissho(dictionary) form and ta form to learn this week and next week respectively...

Just to summarise last week's Japanese lesson...nai form is the informal way of saying "no".It's pretty simple...

For normal usage of nai
Group 1 verbs change the last word of it(like ikimasu..the ki) to that's row's a form. For example...ki becomes ka & hi becomes ha...get the meaning?Ok then add nai at the back of the converted word.Ikimasu becomes ikanai.

Group 2 verbs is direct change.Remove the masu and add in nai.An example is tabemasu becomes tabenai.

Group 3 verbs had only two. It's either kimasu or shimasu.Kimasu becomes konai.Shimasu becomes shinai.So...kimasu becomes konai and sanpo shimasu becomes sanpo shinai.

For using the word "must"
All groups are the same...change that word to nai form...remove the i from the nai and add in "ke-re-ba na-ri-ma-se-n".Then you'll stress the "must" word.Example is...must I eat dinner becomes watashi wa bangohan o tabenakereba narimasen ka.

for using the word "need not"
Once again...all groups are the same...instead of kereba narimasen...insert kutemo ii desu instead.Example is...I need not smoke tabacco...watashi wa tabako o sunakutemo ii desu.
